We gave away a truck (no lease or anything) that my mil gave us, and the relief was instant. The super for our apartment building heard we were looking to get rid of it, and he offered to buy it, and I was, "man, if you can jump the battery and get it working, just tell us what to do paperwork wise, we'll give it to you for free". Turns out his dad needed that truck for his farm. Perfect win win.

Witch tip: bad vibes can cling to objects given to you by people who have abused or hurt you. But, if you give it away, those vibes are cleansed and don't get passed to the person you give it to.

So, yes, you can get rid of that perfectly good sweatshirt your abusive parent gave you. Give it to someone who needs it. Release the negativity attached to it by giving it away to someone unconnected to you and your parent.

Sleeping beauty is one of my favorite fairy tales to study because, in the older versions, Maleficent isn't a wicked fairy at all. She's the fairy of spinning and weaving. She represents women's work and household contributions, and the King's intentional exclusion of this specific fairy symbolizes his attempts to strip Aurora of womanhood and how he attempts to elevate his child as being above having to work.

The other fairies cannot remove Maleficent's curse because she was right to be angry. The king was in the wrong, and offended the fairies with his favoritism.
