My coworker: helpfully sends me a copy of the newsletter with "FYI"

Huh, email turning accented letters into question marks today. I thought a coworker had a defective keyboard until I spotted the issue in my own sent items, as well. Still readable but quite distracting. Only é is unaffected.

In my drafts folder:
À voir, être révisé, château, remède

In my sent items:
? voir, ?tre révisé, ch?teau, rem?de

This is my first time cooking with it myself, so I have no basis of comparison. But definitely just the first with many to come. It was good.

@miiamustang just a couple teaspoons in an enormous pot of other stuff

I ate a bunch of Sichuan pepper and now my water tastes salty.
My husband tasted some asparagus and thought it was too salty, and I said, wait and try again later. Sure enough, it was ok later.
