Testing if photo uploads work with the code I've written. Do you see a photo attached to this post?

Anything you did / didn't like about it? -

Has anyone here used a FRM - Friend Relationship Manager?
Like a CRM. A database of people you know, with entries about when you last met, if they stood you up, what their favourite drink is, what you argued about, etc.
I'm looking for *personal* recommendations from people who actually use one of these tools.
What do you like about them? What would you change?
No need to reply if you don't use one, thanks!

I think I've cracked it!As a workaround, you can now get an #OpenStreetMap user's avatar using Unavatar
For example: https://unavatar.io/openstreetmap/Terence%20Eden
-
I think I've cracked it!OK, the only thing not working is retrieving the #OpenStreetMap user's avatar automatically.
I've started a discussion at https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/openid-get-avatar-details/141522
-
I think I've cracked it!@derickr nice! If you know which ones you added, I can retroactively assign them to your account.

Using #OpenStreetMap as a custom OIDC provider in #Auth0. Which means people can log in to OpenBenches with their #OSM credentials via OAuth.
If you'd like to test it, please visit https://openbenches.org/login
(You don't need to upload a photo.)

How to go block-less with the WordPress ActivityPub plugin@frank
As I understand it, likes and reposts are sent as comments. I've deleted / rejected all of those comments.
How do I get back the likes and reposts of old posts?I guess I could look at the posts and manually grab the ⭐ and ♻️ - but I wonder if there's an automated way.
-
How to go block-less with the WordPress ActivityPub pluginI have a blockless theme. There are a bunch of things which I deactivate.
See https://gitlab.com/edent/blog-theme/-/blob/master/includes/remove.php?ref_type=heads#L127
I don't have reactions though. I keep going back and forth about whether I want them and whether it is possible to back-fill them.

honestly, Mozilla is a lost cause.@jwz What do you mean by "buck passing"?
If Apple refuse to certify the app, what do you want them to do?
-
honestly, Mozilla is a lost cause.@fasterandworse @jwz that's an iOS restriction. Apple don't allow alternative rendering engines.
https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/overview/ios.htmlYou can track Mozilla's progress on an iOS build of Gecko at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1882872

A question from the GitHub fringe at #FOSDEM.@mainec I love that framing

Do you count people who write detailed and useful bug report as contributors?
Would you list a bug reporter in your contributors / credits?
Why? Why not?

Finished my git-pkgs talk, thanks for having me @fosdem, I had a blast!@floppy @andrewnez yeah, popping to the GH thing then grabbing food before collapsing to sleep 1024 hours.
