The one I recommend the most is How to Survive This Fairytale—it was one of my favorite reads last year, and I read a LOT of good books last year. And in this particular cemetery plot, seven of the nine children were stillborn (or died immediately after birth) rather than dying from illness, so I feel like the freebirth movement is relevant.
