@CiaraNi a former coworker works there. At least on one occasion she surprised me, and very positively, and doing so made me realise how much big companies can do good and give people a good experience just by having the right kind of human deal with customers, and "deal with" should always be "help".

When my now 15yo got their first bike I got yelled at after just a few seconds. "LET GO DAD! LET GO!!!!" so I complied, and to my amazement the otherwise obligatory asphalt rash failed to manifest. In fact.. I have no recollection of them ever falling on their bike.
When I was a kid all of these things always ended with "YOU PROMISED YOU WOULDN'T LET GO!!!" and tears and blood.

Goodmorning!@Pepijn unsolicited advice, but both our kids got "løbecykler" around.. 3 yrs? and they had no issues moving from there to regular pedal bikes without training wheels. It's like cheat codes for learning to ride a bike.
