Man I took Taipei metro for 19 years and I took it for granted. Man now I descend into the underworld where I must choose between cars and public transport because the public transport really fucking sucks that bad. And don't get me started on buses here. They're so fucking bad. did I ever mention Taipei has Mandarin, Hokkien, Hakka, and English announcements (text And voice) in every metro line and every bus line and for every single station and they're actually audible most of the time? And they're adding Japanese too? now that's fucking yuri not this squeaky bitchy shit about girls who's not seen a pussy or dick in their life

I don't know how to fix capitalism and I don't think anyone does but what I can say is that whatever you try to advocate for should be in opposition of the problem, not the symptoms of the problem; laws that patch up enshitification is just waiting for a legal loophole to be found, or one would just be written in there in the first place. companies spend a lot of money lobbying against having restrictions on corporates and we don't want to be playing whack-a-mole because that's what they want us to play.
