I’m not a lawyer. You don’t seem like the “play it safe” type. That said, there would be a way to reframe your opening paragraph more in terms of your curiosity over how the developers intend to follow through on their selling points, given the issues you’ve identified. You could come across as striving to be helpful to them, rather than being bent on puncturing their hype balloon. -

It's good that we're doing so much to ensure this powerful tool is only available to the worst people. For justice, let's shirk all responsibility for its development.
If good people feel bad enough about using AI, only evil ones get a say.
