@britt In case it may help, i'm running my own instance through @cloudron hosted at Hostinger but a VPS or dedicated server with Ubuntu can host it.

May I ask you why? So you've been having technical issues for a month, the customer service isn't reaponding and they keep on happily billing you.Hate to break this to you, but it sounds like you're being screwed over. By naming the hosting provider you would lessen the chances of someone else ending up in your situation.
