I have HDMI-0 and DP-4 connected to my desktop PC's GPU. when I boot DP-4 is main screen and HDMI-0 is switched off. I want main screen to be on HDMI-0 since that has my USB keyboard connected via its USB hub and I can't type my encryption password. can I somehow force it to do that? in UEFI I only found switch for internal or dedicated GPU.

@bkuhn Maybe a better name that would better describe the cause and the illegitimacy of one side would be "The Slaveholders' Rebellion".

@bkuhn I think the biggest strike against it is that it was a term used during Jim Crow in the South, and so it's tainted with that association.

@bkuhn I also don't think "The War Between the States" covers up the cause of the war, slavery, more than "The Civil War".

@bkuhn it's interesting that this is the term. I actually think there's some merit to calling it "The War Between the States". I can't think of another "civil war" where the belligerents were divided on pre-war subnational units. The English Civil War, Spanish Civil War, Chinese Civil War and Russian Civil War were all between political factions, sometimes more than two, intermingled throughout the country. Association with a particular territory was mostly temporary based on military conquest.

@voltagex I don't know how to do anything with `cargo` or Rust, really. I'm just using the Slint library with a C++ app (a pretty small one, at that) and it's absurdly large (the release binary isn't bad...16M or somewhat bigger with the Skia renderer if I want it to look at all decent).
