Annoying #Mastodon and/or #ActivityPub ??? (need info from people much more knowledgeable than I) limitation: I cannot change the post privacy of posts which have already been posted. Not a fan of deleting everything I've put up on #Masto but *do* want to exercise control over what I have already posted and be much more selective about what is and isn't public in the future. Would be great if that were possible, but it seems my only option is to go "scorched Earth." Frustrating. #Fedi #Fediverse

I purchased the marcus.social web domain.
Either I will use it for hosting a #Mastodon instance for myself, or turn it into a #WordPress site that I develop to behave like my own #Twitter-like profile, and install #ActivityPub to enable it in the #Fediverse.
Whichever route I take, I will make Marcus.Social my main online profile for social media.

@dansup potentially https://www.jamendo.com/ which has been around for a long time and hosts creative commons licensed music. They seem to have some kind of a paid licensing thing these days so it's no longer purely that but you can still see what licenses the music uploaded there has. @MichaelBishop I agree, but the Sound Library is part of our NLnet grant milestones that need to be finished before December.
