people keep reporting mesa issues with a mesa build with enabled LTO.
That's not supported and distributions should _never_ _ever_ enable LTO with mesa as it is known to cause broken code.
Like the compilers are buggy here as far as we know, but nobody ever got the time to figure out what exactly, because the code is like super complex and everything.

but we should probably also properly label all issues caused by LTO, so somebody who wants to figure those out can easily do so...

Ho letto la tua riflessione.
In alcuni tratti mi ci sono ritrovato. Un paio di anni fa ho improvvisamente lasciato crollare il castello della mia fede. Ora passeggio tra le sue rovine riconoscendone qua e là alcune pietre di valore che tengo come cimeli e che però non hanno più una collocazione in una struttura coerente e/o solida.
Il tempo passa. Cambiamo noi e cambia il mondo attorno.
