@evan Agree! Too bad our government has gone into this in practically the most weasely way possible. The absurd conditions appear to be loopholes constructed for backing out. They don't even make sense. When I read the statement, for example, I thought how in the world can this poor region being completely destroyed, possibly organize an election in 2026? I imagine they're so occupied with merely trying to survive at the moment, it's not really on their pressing to-do list.
