At almost 46, I still have the same enthusiasm I had at 16.
I still get excited about the things I love in the exact same way.
I hope I can keep this feeling at 76. Or 106. Or 136. And so on.

I think one can live this way very long, when you start learning how to rest and recover as long as you are in good condition.
