@ricci I was once taking a walk and heard a terrible racket from above me, and looked up to see two squirrels on the roof of a house fighting over an apple. During their scuffle, they lost hold of it, and the apple rolled off the roof and smashed on concrete below. Both squirrels ran over to the edge of the roof, and I swear they looked down at the smashed apple, then at each other, and then both calmly wandered off in opposite directions.

On that day I was enlightened.

We had a squirrel behind my old building that would haul whole pizza slices up a tree into its nest.
