Primo problema è l'INCAPACITA'
Se un opera che serve costa il 5% in + perché c'è corruzione, ma si fa e si fa bene è comunque meglio che dopo una caterva di carte e dopo una distruzione si nomina un commissario che può bypassare le carte che hanno fermato quelle stesse opere.
I danni della burocrazia, di ANAC, ormai sono una tragedia nazionale.
L'autostrada del sole fu pensata, progettata e costruita in 10 anni.
Milano-Napoli.
Oggi sarebbe utopistico solo pensare di farcela

Mi sembra una delle solite opere finalizzate a creare profitto per i privati (tanto) mentre gli enti pubblici si accollano rischi e opere complementari di solito non previste o gravemente sottostimate (guarda a caso...), con tanti saluti all'ambiente e la qualitĂ della vita.

@oblomov I mean, it's a gamble right? If you pick something that doesn't stay in fashion ten years from now, "just simply build it from source" could very well mean bootstrapping a decade old operating system from source. assuming everything in your dependency hierarchy got preserved.
