Considering how they talk about volunteer labour, it's not *very* surprising.

@shauna The response from the Mozilla staffer is appalling. "Let me waste more of your time 'hopping on a call' where I can try to convince you to keep doing what you do for us for free, while acting as though I need information from you about what the problems are when you've already set them out in six bullet points of sparkling clarity that I couldn't be bothered to read or address."
