@mos_8502 from a purely business perspective, it's about the same as any other music. Making a good chiptune takes about the same amount of time as making any other kind of incidental or theme music (the sounds and song structure are, by necessity, much simpler, but the tools for making them are more challenging than Ableton or FL Studio or Renoise or whatever).
Music license pricing also usually depends on if you want an exclusive license or not, in addition to length and complexity and such.

L’Aula del Senato ha approvato con 94 voti a favore, 39 contrari e 8 astenuti la risoluzione del centrodestra sull’Iran. Circa 1.000 navi, la metà delle quali trasportano petrolio e gas, per un valore superiore ai 25 miliardi di dollari, si trovano bloccate nelle acque dello Stretto di Hormuz, a causa dell’escalation militare in Iran.
