Can somebody help with this weird #Wordpress issue? Wordpress keeps adding tags such as "1" or "2" in tags, even when repeatedly removed from the post and updated. Nothing works - full update, quick update in the list etc. Is it related to some plugin or is WP acting on its own? I see correct POST request, however it comes back with 1, 2 added automatically. Another thing that makes me want to really change my blog engine. Wordpress is just getting bloated by the day. #wp #webdev #php #tags

@fancysandwiches @sam There is already a lot of overlap between different platforms. They are mostly differentiated by how default client looks.

@silverpill @sam I think it's pretty unreasonable to ask that every developer of a Fedi project support every feature of every other product. At that point what would differentiate the projects?

Is there interest in starting up a new server? I am incentivized to provide something for this niche (or perhaps not-so-niche) part of the fediverse.
It would be a forum. Running NodeBB. Not Mastodon.
As I understand it, the med-mastodon server shut down without warning. I don't know any other way to reach those users. Please boost for visibility 🙏

HI @nighthawk, Surf is an app (currently in beta) that allows you to create topical feeds that include social posts (fediverse, Bluesky, Threads) and RSS, podcasts, YouTube and Flipboard Magazines. You can create an account and log in with your Mastodon or Bluesky handle, and then interact with posts on either platform directly from Surf. @silverpill @julian @general @dansup Thanks! I added a check for this to my analysis code, and it does seem to be a simple and straightforward solution to nodeinfo in NodeBB
