Ho lavorato per un ente pubblico qualche anno fa.
Per comversazioni istituzionali von io ministero, per scambio di file in tempi rapidi e collaborazione in tempo reale su documenti si usavano office di Microsoft, Whatsapp e Telegram.
Ho proposto l'uso di Nextcloud autogestito e - molto - più sicuro. È stato installato e provato.
Poi c'è stata una specie di rivolta interna perché "non mi trovo" e si è tornati indietro. C'è un grosso problema di cultura in Italia.
