@Gina for long flights, I personally prefer a window seat on the left side (like the one you highlighted). I have trouble sleeping on planes, and that's the closest you can get to laying down against something. I rarely move during flights so I don't mind the window seat.
For shorter flights it's the other way around: aisle seat in the front, as I can't wait to get out of there 😁

I was on 100+ planes/year going to hackathons for Intel (humble brag) a while back, so only upgrades, which meant always always always:
Exit Row.
Bonus, ask questions when they give you the speech. They have no idea how to answer.
