@amoroso Great old list on CL goodness 😃
About 23 years ago over lunch Peter Norvig surprised me by talking about the benefits of Python, something I resisted for a couple of decades. My modern uv based Python setup is so pleasant to use that I only use Common Lisp and various Schemes about 25% of the time now. For me two things keep CL dev pleasant: Quicklisp and useful services like LLMs and access to external data sources that can be easily accessed.

@mark_watson What do you like of Quicklisp? Isn't the Python package ecosystem much bigger?

@amoroso It's a great list. It deserves visibility.
@mark_watson Can we not keep Python out of the loop? It has nothing of those Lisp features.

@vindarel Right, the list is a sort of executive summary of Common Lisp.
