@astronomerritt I like my own, else I wouldn't have chosen it. My grand daughter is Anastasia, which is pretty cool.
Endeavor is a whole different level though.

@futurebird I have so many QUESTIONS. Was he born this way? Did he change it? Was it supposed to have a deeper meaning? Was it originally short for anything?
You don't have to actually answer any of these questions, I'm just thrilled at the concept.

guys, what’s the coolest first name you’ve ever seen or heard in person? doesn’t have to be a name you’d give your own kid, just something that made you go “damn, what a cool name”.
I ask because one of my nephew’s besties is called Endeavour and that is a COOL name.
(his mates call him Noun, which is hilarious)

I'm pretty jealous of cool names because our parents gave us the most 80s American soap opera names possible. To be fair, they weren't very common in the UK, but even still.

When I decided to change it I noted since most people that knew me, knew me online, it just kind of made sense. My mother even prefers it to the one she gave me too.

@astronomerritt not a cool name exactly, just a funny coincidence, but a former colleague whose wife was a school teacher told me that she once had two girls in her class both called “Unique”.

Same applies to anything else.. law, cooking, building etc.
