Hey #OpenTTD players, what town growth game scripts do you recommend? I see there are a few City Builders in bananas. Looking for ones that link town growth to delivered goods, or otherwise make town growth more interesting

Okay here's what I want from #OpenTTD town grown, if anyone has any suggestions on similar mods:
* Coverage should matter. Low coverage should stunt town growth. The town should prioritise areas with coverage and grow slower in areas without coverage. Density should be higher around well serviced stations (think transit population hubs). The idea is to encourage near 100% coverage of a city.
* Passengers/mail % should matter. If a transit network is nowhere near meeting demand, then growth should be very slow/off
* Goods should be required for growth above a certain level, but only need to be delivered to one station in the city.I don't care about industries around the city. I think they only matter in delivering goods to the city
