She has so many zingers. One time, a scammer called and tried to convince her to pay money to see photos of ‘your husband having an affair’. She was like ‘my husband is too cheap to have an affair’

When she met my wife for the first time, her only advice to her was ‘take care of her brain’. My wife was like ‘why?’ My mom said ‘because her brain is very big.’
This is all funnier in Chinese.

I didn’t know about this until my wife was frustrated with me about something. ‘Apparently, you have a big brain?? Where is it?!’ And then she had to explain it to me.

@francina1909 Ci stavo pensando giusto stamattina, e -- devo essere sincero -- l'ipotesi che Trump ci riesca un po' mi rode (non fosse altro che l'uso che farà del risultato). Però è un problema mio, e a questo punto qualsiasi cosa possa dare un po' di tregua alla popolazione pallestinese è benvenuta e ben'accetta.
Poi credo anche che Netanyahu cercherà qualsiasi pretesto -- vero, falso o un mix delle due cose -- per andare avanti con i suoi piani.

@andre123 infatti, ho appena fatto il passaggio da 4,5 a 6 kw e solo la pratica (!) costa 121 euro, poi aumenterà anche la quota fissa... E non posso mettere i pannelli perché la casa è in un condominio (ed è la seconda casa, per cui non la uso sempre)

@gecco io DAVVERO vivo nella speranzosa attesa di un blackout che ci ripiombi nel XIX secolo anche solo per mezza giornata (non troppo, se no mi si scongela il freezer). Me ne starei a casa (ovviamente: niente treni) e andrei a zonzo gustandomi il panico dei miei iperconnessi, totalmente dipendenti connazionali. Ho anche l'abbigliamento giusto per l'occasione.
