Only "rational" explanation I can come up with is using it to launch a war with Mexico, seize some territory or whatever, being as it's right on the border. But that's not rational either đŹ@me_valentijn @mattblaze

Fort Bliss / Briggs Army Airfield is within the restricted area, which may or may not be related.

This is very unusual. Aside from the disruption- it closes a large metropolitan airport for 10 days- no advance notice was given. So this isnât for some planned event or operation.

@mattblaze - Yeah, this is weird. The airport didn't know why. The city govt didnt know why. Even the FAA's own Special Operations Support Center didnt know why.
The abruptness and lack of coordination - on top of the length of period and complete lockdown even of medical, military, and police (in addition to cargo and passenger) air - is astounding.

@mattblaze - My gut tells me this is probably being done for some stupid or contrived (or at least blown out of proportion) reason. Whoever (full chain of command such as it is) issued this probably doesnt know or care about the consequences and ramifications of these actions.
But I have no idea.
Hide and watch for the time being, I guess.

@mattblaze Also, AFAIK* âNational Defense Airspaceâ isnât actually a thing that exists in law or regulation.
TFRs do, of course, but that particular designation, along with the specific rules, appears to be made up for this purpose.
Itâs perhaps a nitpickâa TFR can basically impose whatever restrictions deemed necessary. But that phrase doesnât mean anything legally.
Itâs extra weird, is what Iâm saying.

âWell given the proximity to Fort Bliss and the Mexican border. It has been suggested it's a precursor to a raid into Ciudad Juarez to snatch or attack a cartel figure.
Closing the airspace would avoid friendly fire incidents.
Unprecedented though. What the Mexican government would make of that scenario is another thing.â

@skyfaller @trashheap any LLM in Debian (main) would need to have full source available and be built from sources, including parameters, and I suspect that very few available LLMs allow *that*.
But depending on the age of the child there would definitely be a need to curate the software installed, because there is probably plenty of non-suitable material.
I think that an offline debian, maybe with something like kiwix to get access to local copies of online stuff (wikipedia and/or others, depending on the age) would work quite well offline, anyway

Buon compleanno is tied to a specific memory of many, many years ago, that is still able to trigger some strange sensations even today.

In all seriousness, I think this movement comes from the fact we are all actually kinda broke as gamers in a world with more games then ever before, and staring at new releases as a tax for "keeping up with friends playing the new things". A lot of social pressure outside is making it seem we are priced out. When in fact games even at 80 are way cheaper. But number got big looking, you know?

@darkgriffin Ah so maybe I misunderstand how the game works then. I was under the impression that each different part of the Remake essentially covers a third of what was the original story. In which case I would have needed to play all three to get the full story.
