The news keeps happening faster than any 25 people could ever keep up. Before you even come up with a coherent response to one bit of news, 200 more news has arrived.

Also, the local news is broken. So 10000000000 national and international news per minute, but I still end up surprised every damn time they bulldoze that thing I like which I would have gone and yelled at a city council meeting about.

I know, we should hire a group of people who write well to look through all the news, figure out which is real and not, and then write a few dozen "articles" in a paper about whatever is happening that's newsworthy. I think I'll call it papernews
