I can be very charming, the Atwood Love Assault is quite a thing to experience. But the unavoidable flip side of this is that if I do not like you, you will DEFINITELY know that, too. That said, I do try very very hard to love everyone unless they give me good reasons not to.

I don't want to name any names, but my gut feeling on the "I can't love this person" is usually on target. For example, I knew from day zero that DHH was not a good person. TL;DR we need a LOT more therapy for a LOT more people. Also, better, less abusive parenting for all children, everywhere. There ya go. That's my most charitable, positive interpretation possible of this statement.
