A main reason I ever started #FediForum is that I wanted to attend an event like it! And sometimes you have to create things yourself if they don't exist yet.

@j12t@j12t.social I had a chance to read @ben@werd.social's position statement and it was so well written that it pretty much encapsulates everything I feel about how to grow the open social web 🙂

@scottjenson @moira @cheeaun filtered notifications require extra clicks and are hidden behind a tab… I missed important messages during FOSDEM because they ended up in « filtered notifications » … which are completely hidden in Ivory on iOS.
I was proposing something closer to Twitter 1.0 (RIP) where mentions are split in two tabs: ALL mentions and Following (aka mentions from accounts you follow)
