This is a cautionary tale that hit close to home. It's yet another entry in a long-running list of unfortunate souls who have lost years of precious memories to the corporate overlords the majority of us trust with our invaluable data.
THIS story just happened to be the one that scared me into taking action, and beginning the process of building my own #NAS (Network Attached Storage) solution.
