some days, I remember...
1. years ago, TicketMaster wrote a custom RTOS that runs on a VAX.
2. they still run this RTOS on a SIMH-emulated VAX on a Kubernetes cluster to this day.
3. Terry Davis actually wrote it when he worked for TicketMaster back then.
4. if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

@wec this is mindblowing. However, I do know someone that used to work there, and repeated this to them, and they confirmed that 1970s era code is at the heart of the (US) operation. Amazing.
