@EUCommission There no "common charger"…
There's
- just a fragile multi-purpose connector supporting more or less functions depending on manufacturers' will and what "USB C cable" is actually being used (because contrary to popular belief there is actually several kind of "USB C cables", wired differently)
- a shit ton of different charge protocols requiring different chargers ! Some also require specific cables… Some cables even require chipsets (e-marker, dash…) -
