@jalefkowit that's the problem with government surplus auctions. I ended up with two police cars, kind of on accident. I put in a silly low bid early in the auction on a Charger that happened to win, I think because it was mislabeled as a 2008 when it was actually a 2013, and it was misbehaving because of a shorting battery.
That said, it still wasn't a great investment, as a Dodge is going to have problems all the time. That's part of the deal when you buy a Dodge, especially an abused Dodge.
