Callie has constructed the best fireplace of the whole series. Big stones, clay to seal it up and lock it down. Hope she has stockpiles of food to justify that much energy expended. She seems in good spirits, so she must not be starving, yet.

We got a shelter fire! Bet he wishes he'd made a nice fireplace like Callie's.

Mark is out. He did save his shelter, but he was still starving.

I'm pleasantly surprised to see Callie and Kielyn have not tapped out. Kielyn was smart enough to not try to use the boat after the first tipping scare, though I think she's struggling with food. Callie seems to be doing pretty well.

Amos is not good with dogs (well, foxes and wolves). They can tell he's scared to death of them, so they're curious/stalky rather than scared. The fox was also curious about him rather than scared. I've never seen anything like that. Wolves steer clear of adult humans, even in very wild places where they're not sure what you're about.

Kielyn has been living in a smoke-filled shelter from day one, because she never properly vented her fire. She complains about it all the time. But, never does anything about it?

Shelter fire! Immediately after calling to tap out. These folks, I swear nobody takes fire serious enough on this show. Except Callie, queen of the fireplace.

@bryan the captions are the best part of the show at this point. I'm not enjoying all the animal killing going on. I may run out of tolerance for it, if that continues to be the way most folks find food. I love the foreshadowing right as the contestant does something stupid.
