Tutti eletti e basta, con 1/3 eletto direttamente, senza estrazione, dal parlamento.
Mi pare, anche in questo caso, un passo avanti.

I magistrati sono tutti qualificati per definizione.
Se uno può decidere della mia vita, se mettermi in galera o meno,... sarà anche in grado anche di decidere della carriera del collega.
