But from what I have seen in very recent times, it feels like...
If AgentOrange hadn't become president a decade ago, then a lot of cancers would be deemed curable by now.
Like, it seems humanity has taken a leap forward in regards to cancer research, but in reality that leap was forcibly interrupted mid-flight.

@afreytes I did notice that as soon as the USA left the WHO, like 4 other countries suddenly were able to find very promising vaccines for different cancers.
