@welshpixie i think youre supposed to spray the ruffles with some sort of glue to make them stick like that and....thats just too much work for me

@emily_rugburn Yeah, when I was making them years ago I would pin them out to block them then spray them with ironing starch which makes them stiff and hold their shape better :)

@emily_rugburn ooh nice! You can do ones where you attach the outer round to a circle embroidery frame too by crocheting around the frame :o
