Eee.. si ni non lo so. Dipende. Sarebbe bello discuterne assieme in comunità educante, onde evitare che i regolamenti sull'abbigliamento diventino discriminatori o auto-censuranti.
Esempio: E' giusto consentire alle ragazze di portare scarpe aperte, maglie senza maniche e colori vivaci e ai ragazzi no?
Nella generica regola 'abbigliamento decoroso' come si pone il jeans con gli strappi? Dipende da quanti strappi? Dipende da quant'è rigido il prof del momento?

Opinione personale: le immunità parlamentari, nazionali o europee, le reputo un'ingiustizia perché pongono alcuni cittadini in maniera diversa, e privilegiata, di fronte alla legge.
E soprattutto nelle democrazie non hanno alcun senso.
