@MLE_online Helena Bonham Carter shows up *first*, people don't notice her in support groups even when her attendance would stand out, and she even shows up in his mind when he is trying to meditate. He is distressed by this due to unexamined internalized misogyny and transphobia, so he creates his Tyler Durden persona to double down on toxic masculinity in hopes that it will make him a real man. Hilarity ensues.
