This game is a _trip_. Also... The PC looks like they're ready to fight at a moment's notice.
Shit... What's the rule on that? Does the notice belong to the moment? Or is it a description of a unit of time in which the notice can occur?

Alcune considerazioni sulla riforma costituzionale e il referendum
Condivido la disamina, interessante e articolata, di @diffrazioni e affianco/contrappongo un paio di spunti miei.
A mio parere i contenuti, seppure solo abbozzati, di questa riforma sono condivisibili:
- separazione delle carriere: una buona idea, molto razionale, garantista, per niente fascista. Tant'è che l'aveva già discussa la bicamerale presieduta da D'Alema e tant'è che le attuali enormi limitazioni alla possibilità di cambiare carriera (di fatto una separazione in pectore) sono state decise dal governo Draghi, sostenuto anche dal PD. Non mi piace l'idea che un PM possa diventare giudice, credo che facendo un certo lavoro otto ore al giorno, per anni, addestri la tua mente a funzionare in un certo modo e il modo in cui deve funzionare la mente di un giudice credo debba essere molto diverso dal modo in cui deve funzionare quella di un PM. Dopodiché, considerato che già oggi si può cambiare carriera solo una volta, solo nei primi anni di carriera e che la cosa interessa una percentuale trascurabile di magistrati, direi che tutta questa discussione sulla separazione delle carriere sia fuffa e andrebbe trattata come tale;
- scelta dei membri del CSM per sorteggio: un'idea interessante che andava sviluppata meglio e che il Parlamento forse avrebbe potuto sviluppare meglio se solo il governo gli avesse dato modo di farlo;
- l'alta corte disciplinare per i magistrati: un'ottima idea. L'assetto attuale, quello in cui i magistrati si scelgono i colleghi che (tra le altre cose) dovranno giudicare le loro condotte, lo trovo sbagliato in teoria e in pratica. In teoria, perché l'indipendenza di giudizio dovrebbe essere un cardine di qualsiasi processo giudicante e se il tuo posto nel ruolo di giudice dipende dal favore, espresso tramite il voto, delle persone che sei chiamato a giudicare mi sembra evidente che questo punto cardine venga messo in grande discussione. In pratica perché... beh... basta guardare le percentuali di archiviazioni nei procedimenti disciplinari contro i magistrati per farsi un'idea del perché sia sbagliato anche in pratica.
Purtroppo questa riforma ha il suo punto più critico non tanto nel merito della proposta quanto nel modo in cui è stata presentata. Sia nel modo in cui è stata presentata al Parlamento, con un decreto blindato su cui il governo ha posto la fiducia, sia nel modo in cui è stata presentata al paese, come uno strumento per sbarazzarsi della magistratura, per punirla, per "liberare le mani" a chi governa.
La Costituzione regolamenta la nostra vita politica e sociale, è di tutti e può essere modificata solo con una larga intesa che tenga insieme almeno molte, visto che tutte è impossibile, delle tante anime di questo paese. Qui invece siamo davanti ad un colpo di mano, all'ennesima conferma che la nostra destra considera la democrazia come una forma di gestione del potere in cui chi vince le elezioni diventa il padrone del paese ed è libero di fare ciò che vuole. Non è così e chi la pensa in questo modo va fermato, indipendentemente dal merito delle sue proposte.
La giustizia ha i suoi problemi ma questa riforma non ne affronta neanche uno. I magistrati, come singoli e anche come categoria, hanno dei comportamenti censurabili e questo è un problema che andrebbe affrontato ma trovo molto pericoloso l'approccio di chi vorrebbe sbarazzarsi della magistratura tout-court. Penso che la cosa più utile da fare sia fermare chi la pensa così con un bel "no" sulla scheda elettorale.
