Roughly 20 plus years ago, opposite one of our Museum of Arts, in a busy metro area, there used to be a hole-in-the-wall burger joint. The place was a literal hallway. No tables. You ate standing up facing a wall or you got the fuck out. Most people would get the fuck out. Because even if the burgers were better than most fast food or diner fare. The ambiance was... Peculiar...
The place was run by a man, the cook, and a woman, the everything else. But it does not stop there...

Some people, like the people who invited me to this joint, WANTED to be there EXACTLY at lunch time.
You see the cook, who was also the owner, was a small. burly, paper white, green eyed Argentinian man. And the cashiereverything, his sole employee, was a rotund ebony black Dominican woman.
And... apparently every day... they would verbally but abuse each other to an extreme.
They called each other every imaginable curse, slur, an epithet.

I saw through the act almost immediately.
What they were doing was sort of wrestling match. Entertaining the patrons with a peculiar act. Besides, they would abuse each other, but if one of the patrons would try to join in the abuse they would quickly shut the person down. And the rest of the patrons would help "move" the unwanted third party out.
The burgers were delicious, if a tad overpriced. But then if you went there more than once it wasn't just for the food but for the show.
