@shimst3r @jbz according to the first result¹ of my internet search a ratio of 1:√2 was used² by medieval monks, so the answer is either A4 for all categories, or possibly A3 for the monks, if they are copying something that needs to be read by the choir

@Bastacosi la cosa bella è che sono stato votati da chi pensava che avrebbero faggi l'opposto, e che finalmente avrebbero messo le cose a posto.
Una volta ho sentito dire che nell'era dell'informazione l'ignoranza è una scelta. Forse non sarà vero in senso letterale, ma in questi caso è applicabile.
