I assume that the US govt shutdown is exactly what the Trumpets want, because it *officially* puts all the budget power directly into his hands? He now gets to *legally* decide what carries on working and what doesn’t.

I mean, there’s no reason for them to ever “start it up again”, right, because now he can decide everything?
