@RnDanger I was thinking about Lemon Pound Cake. If he were an introspective type, he might ponder how he refers to Black people and how that might affect THEM. As for the woman crying, well, it's an opportunity for her to consider how she performs her job and the respect she shows to the people she encounters in that capacity. With regards to her kid(s), she and the kid should go into therapy to discuss how they should handle things, not letting the kid stew in her mess. @mekkaokereke
@RnDanger Basically, the cops are dealing with embarrassment. The man and his family are dealing with actual trauma. @mekkaokereke

Cops raided Afroman's house for no reason. They pointed guns at him and his kids, ransacked his house, and tried to disconnect his home security cameras. They didn't disconnect them all, and so were allegedly caught on camera stealing his money.
He then made a series of music videos using footage from his security camerasz and body cam footage. Now the cops are suing him for making the videos. The ACLU is defending him.
@mekkaokereke
I'm really glad he and his family weren't physically hurt! Those poor kids. -
@mekkaokereke he couldn’t even say his name! lol
@Nicovel0 @mekkaokereke Oh, you _know_ which word he was gonna use before stopping himself.

I will watch the video later but for now at least i can definitely agree with your last comment -
One of the cops that is suing Afroman, because other cops now make fun of him, and call him "lemon pound cake":

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9xxK5yyecRo@mekkaokereke I gotta admit I was not ready for how on point Afroman was. That's not someone you wanna argue with, let alone be _wrong_ when you are!

I will watch the video later but for now at least i can definitely agree with your last comment@RnDanger The video I posted elsewhere in this thread is very good at showing what the actual charges are and the guy goes through parts of the music video to highlight possible problem areas. He's both laughing and fascinated about how the 1A will balance with the cop's right to privacy. With regards to the actual security footage, he's clear on the cops having no expectation of privacy while doing their jobs. @mekkaokereke

@mekkaokereke I just watched the clip and it's not clear to me was that the plaintiff's attorney or Afroman's attorney asking the questions - because the answers they elicited sure did make Afroman's case for him. <<<g>>>

@mekkaokereke Wow I don't know if the testimony he's offering is going to make a winning legal strategy but I very much admire his balls for offering it. For sticking to his guns, metaphorically speaking. I know that I personally can't be vehement and clear under such emotionally charged circumstances.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9xxK5yyecRo@mekkaokereke what a fragile baby that cop is. Afroman did the lightest possible roasting with that song and video. He literally called him a family guy and said he likes cake. This is such a childish lawsuit.

@mekkaokereke holy shit that suit.

@mekkaokereke list of things nobody would have cared about on a national scale until they took it to court: this guy will forever be mocked.
If he wanted people to keep his name outta their mouths, maybe he shoulda stayed outta Afroman's home and kept another man's property outta his pockets.
He's rightfully gettin legally dog walked on public record for embarrassing himself and dishonoring his badge. Lol
@NadiaPurge @mekkaokereke maybe the streisand effect gets a lemon pound cake corollary

'what you're doing to these deputies'
He is not fucking doing anything to them! He is making music videos about his life, and posting them for his fans. That's his job, I assume. (I never heard of him before this, but he seems well practiced at it)
