Actually OLED used printed electroluminescent dots and phosphors. IPS uses a printed filter.
Both will suffer burn-in eventually on a status screen and fade in direct sunlight. The OLED fades more and differentially, so colour shifts.
LCD with cheap LED backlights or edge lights colour shift because white LEDs don't exist, they are blue, violet or near UV with a yellow phosphor.
QLED are IPS LCD with green and red quantum dots and a pure blue backlight.
