@Iveyline @Viss tbh, I dont use AI to code. Neither at hobby projects and neither at my office, even though I have the free option and get this even recommended at work. I still prefer to use my own consciousness, because I did notice more frustration and less fun when using AI. I can memorize the code less, understand it less, and cannot walk imaginary through the code like I usually do when coding entirely with my own thoughts and logics

@Iveyline @Viss The primary reason for this is to prevent employees from sharing confidential data with a third-party AI agent. In many cases, these companies have an approved AI vendor or internal AI tools that should be used instead. I’m willing to bet this person’s company does, too, but this person hasn’t been paying attention because they’ve forgotten how to think for themselves. 😉
