@vitaut Isn't there some can of worms to avoid rebuilding the timezone database every conversion? My guess is something like that going on but :shrug:

@vitaut 27 ms??? What does it do, have a smoke, grab a piece of pizza, propose to its girlfriend and then format timezoned information to text???

@vitaut I don't know. I thought date (and std:: bits) had a thing the user could make that but looking now "Users cannot construct a tzdb" so :shrug:
