@stefano @lfa I think of this situation as the "raw capitalism" showing through the façade. When a company gets to a certain size, the "too big to fail" idea starts to take root in the executives and they no longer feel the need to treat everyone as if they're an important and cherished client.

quanto parlo di feticismo dell'auto in italia, quando dico che gli italiani l'automobile ce l'hanno spesso ficcata nel cranio al posto de cervello, è questa roba qua a cui mi riferisco. il tizio in questione sarà anche uno violento di merda, ma là fuori è pieno di gente "rispettabile" pronta a fare lo stesso.
