@mar01 le citizens' initiatives come indica il nome sono iniziativa dei cittadini e non delle istituzioni europee. Sono come le leggi di iniziativa popolare in Italia, se si raccoglie un numero sufficiente di firme un argomento entra nell'agenda della Commizzione Europea con una proposta rafforzata dal consenso popolare. Mi spiace ma la tua analisi si fonda su un presupposto errato.

I remember when Jensen first claimed software developers wouldn't exist in 6 months I went straight to the NVIDIA site and saw they were hiring software engineers.
These idiots don't believe the things they say and then complain when we don't either.

@zinnschlag @afreytes interactive fiction/text adventures I would expect to be *utually* accessible, but the latter not so much; it largely depends on how they (re)paint the screen, as I've recently learned.
