Some pencils. I haven’t worked on a new OOLA comic in a while, but rest assured that the little black cat does indeed make a cameo appearance in my latest IN THE CITY comic (Part Five.) The manic thing always finds a way to get more and more attention.

Il declino del Washington Post
Posso capire che Bezos elimini la sezione libri del Washington Post: in fin dei conti è meglio non avere tra i piedi quei pochi ma pericolosi intellettuali. Ma perché togliere anche la sezione sport? Non si applica più il panem et circenses?

It's not often that I paint directly from scratch with no sketch or line art, so I wanted to share this one. It's a risky technique, and I'm even eyeballing all the perspective, no grids here. I also avoid blending and smoothing, showing the brushstrokes on the canvas more clearly. I'm doing this to incorporate 'errors made naturally by humans', and I like it. It feels closer to the spontaneous style I like in my ballpoint pen sketches.

@liaizon @silverpill I think @Bonfire's groups proposal (https://bonfirenetworks.org/posts/why-community-matters-groups-as-the-next-step-for-the-fediverse/) covers the topic pretty thoroughly. Not sure if they've already done any spec work, but if anyone is building something like this I'd recommend coordinating with them.

noi abbiamo avuto un miglioramento del genere quando ci si è rotta la lavatrice e abbiamo dovuto cambiarla, e tutto sommato aveva solo circa 10 anni, ma con quella nuova si è passati da “la lavatrice è un carico importante, di cui tenere conto” a “puoi far andare la lavatrice e cucinare allo stesso tempo, non salta il contatore”
