Wow, this just looks so great! I don't know what it is but it's like at some point filmmakers forgot how to light night scenes so they actually look like night? THIS is what it should look like!

Just watched "The Stepford Wives". Was almost distracted from, you know, the themes by just how gorgeously composed every shot was. Just really a movie made by people who think movies are good

@mcc apparently nowadays movies are shot with very plain lighting with the expectation that it might get edited later and they want all the shadows to match. I miss the 20th century lighting.
